Wanderlust is book created for my senior thesis project at Otis College of Art and Design. It is 155 15x20" hand water-colored pages. It is about the desire to escape the routine doldrums of our everyday lives. For the majority of us, logistical circumstances generally hold us back from abandoning our responsibilities and from taking off onto spontaneous, globe-spanning adventures. This book allows for its readers to travel vicariously through their imagination by experiencing the featured fictional stories and non-fiction travel essays. It is organized into sections based on the themes and issues of extended travel that were identified in the Existential Migration case study (2006).
In the song "Over the Rainbow" from the Wizard of Oz, Dorothy—like many of us, yearns to experience more of life by escaping her current location. The book aims to position the viewer as if they are "over the rainbow," floating dream-like, looking down onto ever-changing landscapes. One’s imagination can be regarded as a powerful vehicle in transporting one’s self to new places and experiences.

It references traditional folk, and is influenced
the the Bandoneón, a small accordion-like
musical instrument used predominantly
in Argentinian Tango.

These are a few of the T-shirt designs I came up with while interning at OBEY. Additionally, I created wall decals for shows at Shepard Fairey’s Subliminal Projects gallery.
Foverever 27 graphics series was inspired by the Forever 27 club (and extended to other young, departed musicians) created around the time of my 27 birthday in an effort to deal with my own tribulations. I created silk screened posters and heat-press tee shirts.
Created artwork and layout for BCBG and its subsidiaries for print collateral including catalogs, look-books, postcards, billboards and packaging.
